Live Transcribe aims to make everyday conversations more accessible and inclusive for people who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as people who speak different languages. Live Transcribe uses Google's advanced speech recognition technology to transcribe speech into text on your screen in real time. You can also type back your responses and have them read aloud by your device. Live Transcribe works with over 80 languages and dialects, and can even detect music and ambient sounds. You can also customize Live Transcribe with your name, custom words, and preferred languages.

  • If you are in a quiet environment, such as a library or a meeting, you can use Live Transcribe to mute your device and read the text instead of listening to the audio.
